Strategy, operations, and execution support for people building meaningful work.

I help small businesses, nonprofits, founders, and mission-driven teams turn ideas, priorities, and inefficient systems into clear plans, stronger operations, and forward-moving execution.

Whether you are launching something new, improving how work gets done, strengthening revenue, or creating structure where it does not yet exist, I help bring clarity, organization, and practical follow-through.

For the moments when important work needs more structure, capacity, or momentum.

Many small teams and growing organizations are full of good ideas, meaningful work, and capable people — but not always enough time, structure, or operational capacity to keep everything moving smoothly.

That is where I come in.

I help organize the moving pieces, clarify priorities, improve workflows, coordinate details, and turn scattered conversations into practical action plans.

My work is especially helpful when things feel unclear, inefficient, unfinished, or stuck — but the vision still matters.

How I Can Help

  • Strategy & Business Development

I help people clarify ideas, shape opportunities, and decide what to do next.

This may include organizing ideas, clarifying offers, mapping priorities, creating simple proposals, and supporting outreach or partnership planning.

This is a good fit if you are thinking:

“We have a lot of ideas, but need help making them clear.”

“We need a practical plan before we move forward.”

  • Operations & Systems Optimization

I help small teams make their day-to-day work easier to understand, manage, and sustain.

This may include improving workflows, organizing information, creating trackers or templates, documenting processes, and clarifying roles.

This is a good fit if you are thinking:

“Our process works, but not as effectively as it should.”

“We need someone to help us organize how this actually runs.”

  • Project & Program Execution

I help move projects, programs, and initiatives from idea to execution.

This may include building project plans, organizing timelines, coordinating people and tasks, managing deadlines, and tracking decisions.

This is a good fit if you are thinking:

“We know what we want to do, but need help getting it across the finish line.”

“We need someone to keep this organized and moving.”

  • Revenue, Funding & Capacity Support

I help organizations find practical ways to strengthen revenue, funding, and sustainability.

This may include improving budget visibility, identifying capacity gaps, organizing donor, sponsor, or grant opportunities, and clarifying pricing or fee structures.

This is a good fit if you are thinking:

“We need to bring in more revenue, but are not sure where to start.”

“We have limited capacity and need to use our resources more wisely.”

My Approach

I bring a mix of strategy, structure, communication, and care.

I am not interested in creating unnecessary complexity. I look for the simplest useful solution — the plan, process, document, workflow, or next step that helps the work move forward.

Strategic

I help connect ideas, priorities, and opportunities to clear next steps and realistic execution.

Practical

I focus on what will actually work in real life, not just what sounds good in theory.

Organized

I create structure around people, projects, systems, and information so the work feels easier to manage.

People-centered

I believe good systems should support people, not overwhelm them.

Momentum-oriented

I help move things from “we should figure this out” to “here is what happens next.”

About Sara

I’m someone who naturally notices the moving pieces — the people, priorities, details, decisions, and next steps that need to come together for something to work.

Across my career, I’ve been drawn to roles where I can help bring structure to undefined or complex situations, support meaningful work, and make it easier for people and teams to move forward.

I am especially drawn to work that sits at the intersection of people, systems, and impact.

Outside of work, I’m happiest outside — trail running, mountain biking, climbing, and exploring new places. I bring that same energy, curiosity, and connection-centered approach into the work I do with people and organizations.

My goal is simple: to help you find clarity, get organized, and turn ideas into action.

Have a project, idea, system, or opportunity that needs support?

I would love to hear what you are working on and help you think through what kind of support would be most useful!

You can reach out with a clear project in mind, a messy idea, or simply a sense that you need help getting organized.
